We are a specialist recruiter to the Retail Sector focused on recruiting Head Office, Manufacturing and Distribution employees. Our candidates can be anything from Supply Chain Managers, Merchandisers, Buyers, Designers, Product Development Managers, Technologists, and Quality Technologists, to Sales and Marketing roles giving us and our customers great diversity and never a dull day.
With a strong commitment to customer service, we pride ourselves on a friendly, informal and team focussed approach to recruitment together with fast and efficient delivery.
We have a very low staff turnover achieved by nurturing talent, building a strong team focused culture, training and promoting from within.

After a number of years away from recruitment any fears or worries quickly disappeared about returning back into this dynamic industry. Coming from a background of working with big businesses, I can honestly say that working in the complete opposite environment and more intimately with fewer people is the loveliest feeling. It has been a privilege to watch the company grow from just the 3 of us to where we are now. Both owners are amazing in a professional and personal way, they have helped me so much over the years from starting as a Resourcer to now being in a Managerial role.
