A leading supplier of young contemporary fast fashion women’s wear to independent boutiques, High Street retailers, across Europe, USA markets, is seeking an experienced and strategic wholesale executive to drive revenue growth

The role:
- Develop sales with new customers and open accounts
- Expand wholesale presence, emphasizing new business acquisition
- Research and strategically target new accounts
- Proactively develop relationships and identify new business opportunities
- Nurture accounts to foster good relationships and increase sales
- Process orders and ensure timely delivery within the critical path
- Achieve sales targets and budgets while exceeding expected profit margins
- Ensure effective communication at all levels, internally and externally
- Manage the full critical path
- Research and plan creative concepts aligned with the latest trends
- Work closely with design and production teams from initial briefing to delivery
- Some travel required
Requirements:
- minimum two years of experience in wholesale and account management in women’s wear young contemporary fast fashion
- Specialization in woven dresses, tops, and separates preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills and existing industry contacts
- Proven track record in sales positions with ladies clothing
- Confidence in dealing with high-volume revenue targeting (over £1 million)
- Well-connected to independent boutiques, retailers, and e-commerce platforms
- Understanding of manufacturing business dynamics
- Excellent negotiation skills and commercial mindset
- Fair presentation skills
- Fluent in English (written and oral)
- Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel
