An exciting opportunity for a Supply Chain Manager to join a fast-paced company. We are looking for an experienced, dynamic and analytical person with extensive experience working within international supply chains

Hybrid role

Responsibilities

• Oversee the running and development of the supply chain.
• Responsible for meeting required service levels with customers
• Responsible for forecasting and sales analysis looking at market trends and gaps.
• Analyse weekly/monthly/yearly sales to identify trends.
• Plan, implement and manage merchandising functions for each channel, B2B, online, and export customers.
• Track and manage feedback on products from customers.
• Manage stock to maximise availability, whilst reducing discontinued exposure
• Raise and resolve any supply/service issues
• Support range planning in conjunction with category teams
• Plan initial buys for new lines
• Create/maintain weekly excel based stock sheets.
• Working with factories and the warehouse to ensure products are shipped within agreed timelines.
• Assist in development and growth of business.
• Stay up to date with the latest technology and industry’s best practices.

Skills Required:

• Proven experience working at a strategic and senior level
• Advanced technical skills
• Knowledge of forecasting methods
• Understanding of supply chain practices
• Experience working with factories
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage changing priorities
• Work under own initiative
• Diplomacy to communicate effectively with colleague and customers
