Job Overview:

We are looking for a passionate and results-driven Influencer/Social Media Executive to develop and execute effective influencer marketing and social media strategies. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of social media platforms, an eye for trends, and a knack for building and nurturing relationships with influencers. This role will play a crucial part in enhancing the visibility and engagement across various social media channels, particularly TikTok and Instagram

The Role:

  • Identify and build relationships with influencers and content creators aligned with brand values and target audience.
  • Negotiate and execute influencer partnerships, ensuring mutually beneficial collaborations.
  • Manage influencer contracts, deliverables, and logistics for campaigns.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies across platforms such as Instagram and TikTok,
  • Create engaging and shareable content that aligns with the brand’s image and resonates with the target audience.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to ensure they remain at the forefront of digital marketing.
  • Collaborate with influencers to create authentic and compelling content that showcases their products.
  • Curate user-generated content and encourage community participation through contests, challenges, and interactive campaigns.
  • Monitor and analyse the performance of influencer campaigns and social media efforts using analytics tools.
  • Provide regular reports on key performance indicators and recommend strategies for improvement.
  • Foster a sense of community among followers and customers through active engagement on social media.
  • Respond to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and positive manner. 


  • Proven experience in influencer marketing and social media management.
  • Strong understanding of beauty, cosmetics, and fashion trends.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling through digital media.
  • Familiarity with social media analytics tools.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of social media algorithms and platform features.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience in influencer marketing and social media management.
