We are looking for a passionate and results-driven Influencer/Social Media Executive to develop and execute effective influencer marketing and social media strategies. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of social media platforms, an eye for trends, and a knack for building and nurturing relationships with influencers. This role will play a crucial part in enhancing the visibility and engagement across various social media channels, particularly TikTok and Instagram
- Identify and build relationships with influencers and content creators aligned with brand values and target audience.
- Negotiate and execute influencer partnerships, ensuring mutually beneficial collaborations.
- Manage influencer contracts, deliverables, and logistics for campaigns.
- Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies across platforms such as Instagram and TikTok,
- Create engaging and shareable content that aligns with the brand’s image and resonates with the target audience.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to ensure they remain at the forefront of digital marketing.
- Collaborate with influencers to create authentic and compelling content that showcases their products.
- Curate user-generated content and encourage community participation through contests, challenges, and interactive campaigns.
- Monitor and analyse the performance of influencer campaigns and social media efforts using analytics tools.
- Provide regular reports on key performance indicators and recommend strategies for improvement.
- Foster a sense of community among followers and customers through active engagement on social media.
- Respond to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and positive manner.
- Proven experience in influencer marketing and social media management.
- Strong understanding of beauty, cosmetics, and fashion trends.
