The Company:
An established and exciting fashion brand who have a dedicated B2C website are currently recruiting for a Social Media Creative . The role of our Social Media Creative is to ensure our Socials & Website are the shop-window to our brands, helping to drive sales on our sites & ensuring we develop engaged brand audiences. Hybrid options available
The Role:
- Regular posting across our 6 brand accounts.
- Selecting suitable influencer partners for our 2 key accounts, sending out product packs & managing through the posting of content.
- Planning & sending creative, engaging emailers out to our subscribers.
- You’ll be working closely with the in-house content team on product imagery / video, but will need to be confident to use Creative Suite / Canva etc. to translate into content suitable for social.
- Identifying social trends & creating relevant, on-brand versions for our accounts.
- Ensuring all comments & messages are replied to promptly & positively, as a tech-based company we get a lot of queries to be fielded over to the Customer Service team.
- Working with our Web Designer to ensure consistency of messaging across site & social / email campaigns.
- Weekly reporting on social & mailing list growth.
- Entrepreneurial approach to the role, injecting fresh, creative ideas to help meet our objectives.
Key Skills
- Must have Adobe Creative Suite
- Experience with Canva / Capcut etc.
- Pro-active approach, though part of the content team, you’ll be solely working on Socials.
- Experienced of managing multiple accounts, with the ability to flex between brand guidelines / tone of voice etc.
- Affiliate link experience beneficial and Meta Ad experience beneficial
