The Company:
Our client UK’s fast-growing brand fashion house is looking for a Showroom Manager to join the team. They design, source and sell brands and work closely with their brand partners. They own and licence a portfolio of brands and distribute apparel to major online platforms and high-street retailers.
The Role:
- Arranging stock in a manner that is both visually appealing and allows ease of movement.
- Organising and implementing relevant sales aids for the showroom such as CAD books, ensuring these are kept up to date with any changes from design.
- Advising the sales team on items which ought to be restocked or removed from the showroom.
- Studying the features of all products on offer.
- Assisting with display and layout of showroom and visuals are kept on par.
- General backroom upkeep of samples to assist design and merchandising teams.
- Sample selections and preparation for upcoming sales customer meetings.
- Working with warehouse to ensure sample replenishment is being updated consistently.
- Organising and disposal of samples no longer required.
- Misc. administrative tasks when required.
- Responsibility for display of all marketing items and stationery upkeep.
- Work with the sales team when required.
- To assist in the review of all systems on an ongoing basis to improve efficiency and service levels when required.
- Maintaining the brand image to the highest standards.
- To ensure that the showroom and all displays are neat and tidy and operational at all times.
- To maximise sales opportunities through visual merchandising.
Skills Required:
- Prior experience as a showroom manager, ideally at a similar company.
- Ability to work in a high paced environment and to multitask.
- Exceptional communicator both written and verbal.
- Ability to design and create spaces that are engaging and welcoming.
- Determination and drive for results.
- Highly organised, efficient, and able to work in a busy environment.
- Diligent and conscientious.
- Team player, showing commitment to group goals.
