We are looking for an experienced Senior Customer Service Advisor to join a growing online/ecommerce company based on the outskirts of Manchester. They import products from China, Bangladesh and Pakistan and directly dispatch to multiple global online channels. This is an active role and an exciting opportunity for a motivated person to develop their career, with a quality focused company in a key position within the business.
- Provide outstanding support to customers via phone and email.
- Have the ability to monitor a shift.
- Understanding customer’s needs and requirements and trying to exceed these wherever possible.
- Providing a courteous, efficient and reliable service to all customers, both via messaging channels and phone
- Handling pre and post sales customer queries
- Liaising with courier companies
- Effectively manage complaints and escalations from start to finish.
- Friendly and dynamic individual, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- A passion for customer satisfaction
- Excellent communication skills at all levels
- Knowledge of Magento/Ebay/Amazon or Linnworks useful
- The ability to problem solve and follow processes accurately.
- Experience working within a fast-paced working environment and keen to be part of and assist the team.
