The Role
- Coordinating and managing a team to ensure seamless delivery of customer financial plans
- Developing and implementing sales strategies to drive business growth and expansion
- Managing customer relationships and ensuring timely resolution of issues
- Sales reporting and planning, including management of the Sales Tracker
- Managing a key retail customer account, building relationships with relevant Buyers to increase annual revenue spend
- Presenting products to the Buying team, identify opportunities to introduce new products into an existing account
- Negotiating costs
- Acting as the main point of contact to handle customers’ individual needs
- Resolving conflicts and providing solutions to customers in a timely manner
- Set and track sales account targets, aligned with company objectives
- Monitor & forecast performance ensuring the correct stock levels are maintained.
- Analysing market trends identify new opportunity for business.
- Working effectively within the supply chain, including design, product development and merchandise teams to drive the team to deliver
- Generate new business opportunities using existing and potential customer networks
- Working with senior management to oversee and implement promotional programs
- Sales and data analysis, preparing seasonal forecasts, summaries and targets
Skills required
- Highly motivated and results-driven individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A strong background in sales, account management, or a related field is essential.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously, and meeting tight deadlines
- Proven experience within a similar role
- Goal motivated and deadline driven
- Able to work autonomously and independently
- Confident and a people person, able to build solid commercial relationships
- Outstanding communication skills, able to negotiate and influence
