Our client a growing UK retailer with established & emerging womenswear & menswear brands based in central Manchester are looking for a Sales Manager to join there successfully growing company.  This is an office-based role.

 

Responsibilities

  • Build and sustain strong relationships with existing and potential retailers and
  • e-tailers to enhance sales opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies that align with company goals.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.
  • Lead negotiations and close deals with retailers and e-tailers, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management, suggesting improvements where necessary.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to retail partners, addressing any issues or concerns promptly.

Experience

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably within the Ladieswear apparel industry.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
