Our client a growing UK retailer with established & emerging womenswear & menswear brands based in central Manchester are looking for a Sales Manager to join there successfully growing company. This is an office-based role.
Responsibilities
- Build and sustain strong relationships with existing and potential retailers and
- e-tailers to enhance sales opportunities.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies that align with company goals.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.
- Lead negotiations and close deals with retailers and e-tailers, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management, suggesting improvements where necessary.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to retail partners, addressing any issues or concerns promptly.
Experience
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably within the Ladieswear apparel industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
