The Company:
Our client is an established supplier and wholesaler of ladieswear to the high street. They now require a Receptionist to join the team .
The Role:
- Email reply
- Phone calls
- Arranging meetings
- Ordering customer lunch
- Customers tea/coffee
- Basic knowledge of excel
- Accuracy in data entry.
Skills Required:
- A minimum of 2 years previous experience in a retail customer service / sales / busy reception role is essential
- Ability to deal with multiple issues and prioritise your workload accordingly
- Excellent organisation skills
- Excellent timekeeping, attendance, appearance and attitude
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- An excellent attitude and approach to your work
