Key Responsibilities
- Proactively prospect new business leads via cold calling, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach
- Manage and track all activities through Zoho CRM (or similar system), ensuring data accuracy and pipeline visibility
- Research and qualify target companies to identify new business opportunities
- Book and schedule meetings for the Head of Sales and Sales Executives
- Craft engaging email and call scripts to improve outreach conversion rates
- Follow up on inbound and marketing-generated leads
- Support broader sales and marketing campaigns, contributing ideas to drive lead generation
Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in sales outreach, lead generation, or appointment setting
- Strong communication skills – confident on the phone, clear in writing, and persuasive in tone
- Experience using CRM platforms such as Zoho, HubSpot, or Salesforce
- Excellent organisational skills and a proactive, self-motivated attitude
- Comfortable working in a target-driven environment
- Experience or interest in fashion, apparel, or design-led industries is a plus
- Exposure to premium clients and projects in fashion and design sectors
- Training and mentoring to develop your sales career
