As an Outreach Sales Executive, you’ll play a vital role in supporting the business growth by identifying, qualifying, and engaging potential new clients. Working closely with the Head of Sales and Sales Executives, you’ll use a range of outreach channels to book qualified meetings and open doors with key decision-

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively prospect new business leads via cold calling, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach
  • Manage and track all activities through Zoho CRM (or similar system), ensuring data accuracy and pipeline visibility
  • Research and qualify target companies to identify new business opportunities
  • Book and schedule meetings for the Head of Sales and Sales Executives
  • Craft engaging email and call scripts to improve outreach conversion rates
  • Follow up on inbound and marketing-generated leads
  • Support broader sales and marketing campaigns, contributing ideas to drive lead generation

Skills & Experience

  • Previous experience in sales outreachlead generation, or appointment setting
  • Strong communication skills – confident on the phone, clear in writing, and persuasive in tone
  • Experience using CRM platforms such as ZohoHubSpot, or Salesforce
  • Excellent organisational skills and a proactive, self-motivated attitude
  • Comfortable working in a target-driven environment
  • Experience or interest in fashion, apparel, or design-led industries is a plus
  • Exposure to premium clients and projects in fashion and design sectors
  • Training and mentoring to develop your sales career
