We are seeking an Influencer Outreach Executive to join our marketing team and focus on TikTok influencer partnerships. This role involves building and maintaining relationships with TikTok influencers, creating outreach strategies, coordinating content collaborations, and monitoring campaign performance.

The role:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive TikTok influencer outreach strategy in line with brand goals and target audience.
  • Identify and evaluate TikTok influencers who align with the brand’s aesthetic, values, and audience demographics.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers and their management teams to secure collaboration opportunities.
  • Coordinate influencer collaborations, including content creation, product seeding, and campaign scheduling.
  • Monitor and analyse influencer campaign performance to ensure goals are met and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, such as marketing, design, and social media, to ensure seamless execution of influencer campaigns.
  • Stay up to date with the latest trends on TikTok and identify emerging influencers to engage with.
  • Manage influencer contracts, budgets, and related administrative tasks.
  • Gather feedback from influencers and use insights to improve future collaborations.


  • Proven experience in influencer outreach, social media marketing, or a similar role, with a focus on TikTok.
  • Deep understanding of TikTok as a platform, including trends, content styles, and user behaviour
  • Must have knowledge of TikTok seller central
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to measure and report on campaign performance.
  • Knowledge of fast fashion trends and industry dynamics.
  • Proficiency in using influencer marketing platforms and social media analytics tools.
  • Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends for campaign coordination.
