A rare opportunity  to join a fast growing, successful  company who supply both private label and branded products to leading retailers . They are looking for an experienced Merchandiser to join a busy team.

The role:

• Process customer orders, generate invoices, and create internal sales orders
• Develop product specifications and work order documentation
• Coordinate product approvals with customers
• Monitor order status against critical paths
• Liaise with Account Managers and internal departments to ensure order requirements and on-time dispatch

• Support shipping documentation preparation
• Understand product registration and certification requirements for different countries

• Update product information and specifications in systems
• Maintain accurate filing and record-keeping
• Process information in Excel and other systems

• Provide order status updates to customers and sales teams
• Resolve queries and problems
• Support Account Managers with customer-related activities
• Maintain critical paths and ensure timely completion of customer actions

• Support range development and sales activities during busy periods
• Assist with customer shipping queries
• Participate in client meetings when required

Requirements:

• Must have experience in dealing with volume SKU’s
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Problem-solving and analytical abilities
• Assertiveness and confidence in decision-making
• Strong planning and prioritization skills
• Ability to work cooperatively in a team environment
• Proactive approach and desire to learn and expand skill set
• Experience in working with far-east suppliers and high-profile retailers is advantageous.
•  Knowledge of cosmetics, toiletries, or gift design/manufacture is desirable but not essential.
