The Company:
Fantastic opportunity for a Merchandiser to join a highly successful company during a period of expansion. You will be joining a busy Merchandise team, responsible for all aspects of merchandising relating to supporting key retail customer accounts. This will involve working with customers to ensure that stock forecast requirements are as accurate as possible and that replenishment buys are recommended to the business in a timely manner.

This is a hybrid role, 3 days in the office and 2 from home.
Finish at 3pm on a Friday with core hour working flexibility, 35 hour week, between 7am and 6pm.
Duties:
- Working closely with the sales team and retailers and inputting their seasonal forecast data onto the internal system
- Stock reporting directly to retailers, ensuring availability dates are communicated.
- Proposing stock buys to the Supply Chain Team Leader
- Raising retailer exclusive orders with far east factories and maintaining the critical path
- Liaising with the product team to plan all work in a timely manner to avoid delays.
- Responsible for the correct instructions being given to factories for bespoke customers packaging/delivery requirements.
- Ensuring all factory paperwork is correct to avoid delays.
- Liaising with the UK warehouse when required.
- Develop excellent working relationships with customer merchandising teams.
Skills Required
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
- Possess the ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines delivering results.
- Good level of numeracy and literacy, experience of forecasting
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Analytical / good eye for detail
