As a Merchandiser Admin Assistant you will support the retail merchandising team, be the main point of contact for stores to ensure all goods arrive on time and maintain stock accuracy across stores. You will allocate new stock out to stores to ensure their arrival for each new season and through each collection launch. Ensure all stock is replenished in order to maximise sales and profit.
Responsibilities:
- Supporting an Assistant Merchandiser / Senior Merchandiser in the successful management of a department
- Monitor and ensure recommended size ratios are maintained across styles.
- Organising stock transfers and movement to and from stores
- Liaising closely with warehouses, stores and other Head Office departments
- Stock replenishment, understanding replenishment to maximize full price sales and demonstrating knowledge of stores.
- Continual contact with stores (main point of contact in Head Office).

- Highly organised – with ability to multi-task and prioritise.
- Experience of Allocations and stock management preferable but not essential
- Excel and systems skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills
