Online Fashion retailer is looking for a dynamic and creative Marketing Executive with a focus on TikTok to join our fast-growing fast fashion brand. This role will require you to collaborate with media agencies, manage paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms, and create engaging content for social media. You will play a key role in shaping the brand’s online presence, increasing brand awareness, and driving sales through innovative marketing strategies.
The Role
- Develop, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, and other relevant platforms.
- Collaborate with media agencies to ensure that campaigns align with brand goals and generate high ROI.
- Create and curate engaging content for TikTok, with a strong understanding of current trends and audience preferences.
- Monitor and analyse campaign performance using Google Analytics and other tracking tools to provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Coordinate with the creative team to produce high-quality visual content for advertising and social media posts.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, platform updates, and emerging marketing technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
- Manage budgets for paid advertising campaigns and ensure spending is within agreed limits.
- Generate regular reports on campaign performance and present findings to the marketing team and other stakeholders.
- Support other marketing activities as needed, such as event planning, influencer partnerships, and email campaigns.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in digital marketing, specifically with a focus on TikTok, Facebook, and Instagram advertising.
- Strong understanding of Google Analytics and other marketing analysis tools.
- Experience collaborating with media agencies and managing paid advertising budgets.
- Creative mindset with excellent content creation and curation skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of fast fashion industry trends and customer preferences.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and results-oriented approach.
- Experience working in the fast fashion industry.
- Knowledge of additional marketing platforms or tools.
- Prior experience with influencer marketing or partnerships.
