The Company

Due to expansion an incredible opportunity to join a luxury accessories brand based in the Northwest. They are expanding their portfolio and are looking for a Marketing and Events Executive to join their growing team.

The Role

• Liaising with events and marketing team to co-ordinate brand events (working with industry luxury
• Work closely with decision makers and suppliers
• Project management of events
• Keep the event schedule using [Excel] and relevant SharePoint folders accurately updated with information provided by key stakeholders
• Manage supplier bookings including catering, partner brands, venues etc
• Prepare event documents and collate information using Word and Excel
• Organise gifting for clients including sourcing luxury gifting
• CRM data management
• Co – Ordinating event schedules
• Organising Marketing materials for events
• Supporting marketing team with influencer events and partnerships and digital marketing 

About You:

• At least a year experience in either luxury events, /marketing within luxury accessories including jewellery
• Excellent organisational skills
• Great communication skills
• Understanding of the luxury market and event space
• A keen understanding of luxury events and or marketing
