The role:
- Plan, execute, and track influencer marketing campaigns across various platforms, ensuring they align with the brand identity and marketing goals.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with influencers, bloggers, and content creators, ensuring a positive and collaborative working relationship.
- Collaborate with influencers to create compelling content that resonates with our target audience.
- Provide guidance and feedback to ensure brand consistency.
- Monitor and analyse the performance of influencer campaigns.
- Prepare reports and provide insights to the marketing team on the success and ROI of campaigns.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with influencers, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Assist in organizing and coordinating influencer events, product launches, and other marketing initiatives.
- Stay up to date with the latest trends in social media and influencer marketing and identify opportunities to expand its reach.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 years of experience in influencer marketing, social media management, or a related role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse range of influencers.
- Proficiency in social media platforms and tools.
- A creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and propose innovative influencer campaign ideas.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and sales.
- Willingness to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
