We are looking for a creative, commercially focussed Influencer Executive to help drive and optimise the influencer programme. This role is all about bringing fresh ideas, spotting trends early, and knowing the customer inside out. You’ll support the Influencer Manager across campaigns, gifting, and partnerships – while constantly pushing for innovative, exciting ways to work with creators.
The role:
- Campaign management.
- Support the delivery of influencer activity across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and more.
- Manage gifting, outreach, briefs, and day to day creator relationships.
- Help oversee timelines, deliverables, and content approvals.
- Suggest new influencer talent and formats that fir the customer and brand vibe.
- Reporting and data analysis.
- Track performance of influencer campaigns against KPI’s (engagement, reach, traffic, sales).
- Support with building clear reports and dashboards to monitor ROI.
- Flag top performing creators and insights to shape future activity.
- Commercial and budget support.
- Assist in tracking influencer spend and ensuring value for money.
- Help align activity with commercial goals and campaign objectives.
- Work with the Influencer Manager and wider team on budget reconciliation and forecasting.
- Process and workflow.
- Keep influencer trackers, calendars, and campaign leads up to date.
- Help streamline processes to ensure smoother delivery and reporting.
- Support cross team comms to keep creative, marketing, and social aligned.
Requirements:
- A strong understanding of influencer marketing and social media culture.
- Someone who has their finger on the pulse – knows the latest trends, viral moments, and what creators the audience loves.
- An instinctive of the customer and what makes them tick.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
- Comfortable analysing campaign results and spotting what’s working.
- Proactive, idea driven, and thrives in a fast paced, trend led environment.
