A global leader supplying home decor with a significant presence across Europe and the US are looking for an experienced Head of UK Sales to maximize sales growth and revenue.

The role:

  • You will play a key role in driving their business’s growth in the home décor market.
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to develop new products and support international trading processes.
  • Maintain strong communication with Chinese suppliers and manufacturers, ensuring efficient product development and quality control.
  • Master the complexities of international trade, including customs clearance, and provide solutions to any challenges encountered.
  • Implement strategic plans effectively
  • Quickly assess market trends and identify target customers and market demands.
  • Work with international teams and manage daily business operations, including addressing customer concerns, resolving issues, and overseeing after-sales support.
  • Develop and implement sales programs and strategic plans to meet and exceed established targets.
  • Motivate and guide team members to achieve company goals.
  • Manage after-sales issues and ensure customer satisfaction?
  • Evaluate market conditions and forecast future trends.

Requirements:

  • Comprehensive understanding home decor and industry trends.
  • Deep knowledge of international trade processes and risk management.

  • Proven experience in sales, retail buying, or international trade within the home décor industry.
  • Strong communication skills in English, with proficiency in additional languages as a plus.
  • Experience working with Chinese factories and understanding the production process.
