The role:
- You will play a key role in driving their business’s growth in the home décor market.
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to develop new products and support international trading processes.
- Maintain strong communication with Chinese suppliers and manufacturers, ensuring efficient product development and quality control.
- Master the complexities of international trade, including customs clearance, and provide solutions to any challenges encountered.
- Implement strategic plans effectively
- Quickly assess market trends and identify target customers and market demands.
- Work with international teams and manage daily business operations, including addressing customer concerns, resolving issues, and overseeing after-sales support.
- Develop and implement sales programs and strategic plans to meet and exceed established targets.
- Motivate and guide team members to achieve company goals.
- Manage after-sales issues and ensure customer satisfaction?
- Evaluate market conditions and forecast future trends.
