Requirements:

  • Ability to design and implement tailored sales strategies to maximize market share and growth in Germany
  • Proven ability to identify new opportunities, expand key accounts, and build a diversified client portfolio
  • Strong relationship-building skills to nurture key client relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Experience in building, mentoring, and managing high-performing sales teams while fostering a culture of accountability and collaboration
  • Setting goals, providing training, and inspiring team members to achieve ambitious targets
  • Fluency in both German and English is essential for this role to manage local clients and collaborate with global teams
  • Proven track record in sales leadership within home decor or related fields
