The Role

As an E-commerce Manager you will be responsible for managing and optimising their online presence across the website
Your primary focus will be to drive sales, enhance customer experience, and enhance the website.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of e-commerce strategies.

The role:

  • Manage day-to-day operations of the e-commerce platform, including product listings, inventory management, pricing, and promotions.
  • Ensure product information, images, and descriptions are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Monitor website performance metrics and analyse data to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns to drive traffic, engagement, and conversion.
  • Utilize SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and other digital channels to reach target audiences effectively.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling content and visuals for online campaigns.
  • Implement best practices for user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design to enhance website usability and navigation
  • Optimize checkout process to minimize cart abandonment and maximize conversion rates
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve issues to ensure a positive shopping experience.
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as traffic, conversion rate, average order value (AOV), and customer lifetime value (CLV).
  • Generate reports and insights to assess the effectiveness of marketing efforts and make data-driven decisions.
  • Identify trends and patterns in customer behaviour to inform business strategies.
  • Explore opportunities for collaborations, sponsorships, and co-marketing initiatives to drive growth and engagement.


  • Proven experience in e-commerce management, preferably in the fashion or retail industry.
  • Proficiency in e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, Magento, or Woo Commerce.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make actionable recommendations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Creative thinking and a passion for staying updated on industry trends and best practices.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
