Our client is an established supplier of ladies fashion to the high street retailers. They require an E-commerce Operations and Customer Service Specialist who will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our e-commerce platform to join the team.
- Managing orders
- Providing top-notch customer service
- Supporting various aspects of the business.
- Process and manage orders efficiently.
- Handle returns, refunds
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and resolve issues promptly.
- Handle customer feedback and reviews
- Monitor stock availability and manage inventory levels.
- Maintain stock live, ensuring all product information, styles, and quantities are accurate.
- Minimum 2 years experience in similar role
- Proven experience in e-commerce operations and customer service.
- Knowledge of Shopify and other e-commerce platforms.
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
