As the Digital Marketing Executive for E-Commerce, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and engaging content to enhance their product listings on various e-commerce platforms, with a primary emphasis on Amazon. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, managing digital assets, and ensuring a seamless online shopping experience for our customers.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize product listings on Amazon.
- Utilise A+ Content features to highlight product features, benefits, and points of differentiation, ensuring a competitive edge in the marketplace.
- Develop high-quality product descriptions, images, and videos that highlight key features and benefits.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create visually appealing and brand-aligned content.
- Ensure consistency in content across various e-commerce platforms.
- Oversee the creation and curation of digital assets, including product images, banners, and promotional materials.
- Work closely with design teams to maintain a library of visually compelling assets.
- Ensure timely delivery and organization of assets for use across multiple channels.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product development teams to align content strategies with business goals.
- Act as a liaison between content creation and other team members
- Provide regular reports and insights on content performance and areas for improvement.
- Monitor and analyse Amazon performance metrics for appropriate content.
- Previous experience in a content-focused role within the retail or consumer goods industry is essential.
- Proven experience in creating and managing A+ Content on Amazon
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles
- Creative mindset with the ability to design visually appealing and impactful content that enhances the customer shopping experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate brand messages effectively.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, adapting to changes in the e-commerce landscape and Amazon’s policies.
- Strong understanding of digital marketplaces
- Proficiency in using content creation tools and software.
- Familiarity with graphic design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva)- desirable but not essential
- Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
