A dynamic opportunity has emerged for a talented brand manager to join successful FMCG company.
The role:
- Continuously monitor market trends and competitors in the beauty and masstige sectors.
- Protect and optimize brand values and propositions through product development, content, and activation.
- Develop NPD line extensions and potentially new brands, ensuring competitiveness and product innovation.
- Create brand assets, including brand bibles, campaign photography, and marketing concepts.
- Lead the execution of brand/category plans in key markets.
- Develop campaign content (both online and offline) to meet brand objectives and sales targets.
- Oversee go-to-market activations, including integrated marketing communications and budget allocation.
- Collaborate with strategic retail partners, distributors, and account managers on Joint Business Planning activities.
- Manage relationships with external agencies such as PR, media buying, and experiential suppliers.
- Champion the instore retail strategy, working closely with sales teams and retailers.
- Collaborate with Social Media and E-Commerce Managers on marketing spend, ensuring alignment with sales targets.
- Review and make recommendations on product portfolios and lifecycle management.
- Analyse brand financial KPIs and sales performance to inform product, sales, and marketing strategies.
- Ensure D2C channels reflect the brand’s vision, working closely with the E-Commerce Manager.
- Manage and mentor two direct reports: Brand Executive and Social Media Manager.
- 5+ years of experience in brand or marketing management within the beauty, lifestyle, or retail industry, with international exposure.
- Proven experience in leading successful marketing campaigns.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms and NPD product development.
- Demonstrated leadership skills, ideally with direct line management experience.
- Excellent project management, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical mindset, commercial awareness, and a data-driven approach.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, CMS, and Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator.
- A passion for beauty trends and marketing innovations.
