Due to growth they are looking for an experienced B2B Marketing Executive,
- The role is hybrid, 2 – 3 days in the office.
- Holidays 25 + Banks
- You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and implement innovative marketing campaigns, build lasting relationships with key clients, and contribute to the overall success the B2B space.
- Create comprehensive B2B marketing plans aligned with the overall business objectives.
- Utilise market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and challenges in the B2B sector.
- Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns targeting B2B clients
- Oversee the creation of compelling content, collateral, and presentations tailored to B2B audiences.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key B2B clients and partners.
- Attend events as and when required
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand client needs and tailor marketing strategies accordingly.
- Utilise analytics tools to measure the effectiveness of B2B marketing campaigns.
- Provide regular reports and insights to senior management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
- Work closely with sales, product development, and other teams to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with business goals.
- Collaborate with the creative team to produce visually appealing and impactful marketing materials.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging and positioning in all B2B marketing efforts.
- Monitor and maintain brand integrity across various channels.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience B2B marketing, preferably in home/interiors
- Must be creative and analytical
- Strong understanding of B2B sales cycles and decision-making processes.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in marketing tools and analytics platforms.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
