The Company:
Leading Retailer is looking for an Admin Assistant to join their head office in Liverpool.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Keep records and reports up to date
- Manage data in spreadsheets and reports
- All day-to-day administration duties
- Assisting with customer quotations and processing orders.
- Costing customer orders
- Helping with logistics administration
- Any administration tasks related to supply chain (e.g., raise Purchase orders).
- Organising stock.
- Build and maintain good relationships with supply base.
Skills & Experience:
- Computer literate with good IT skills.
- Excellent Excel skills.
- Adaptable, flexible, energetic and enthusiastic with an open-minded approach.
- Able to work well in a team and provide help when needed.
- Positive and pro-active attitude to changing demands and priorities.
- Good communication and numeracy skills.
- Ability to set own priorities.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to work well under pressure.
