The Company:
An excellent opportunity for an Accounts Receivable to join an established ladieswear supplier
The Role:
- Daily customer payments postings and monthly bank reconciliations.
- Dealing with customer queries and chasing debt when required.
- Raising invoices and sending weekly statements to customer.
- Weekly and Monthly aged debtor reconciliations.
- Recording Sales Receipt.
- Supporting the Management accountant with month-end processes.
- Ad hoc tasks.
Experience:
- Experience in using Sage 50 is preferred.
- Good MS Office Excel skill with 5 years of experience.
- Good knowledge of double entry journal.
- Excellent communication skills, both face-to-face and over the phone.
- Organised and methodical, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Initiative and self-sufficiency, but not afraid to ask for help when needed.
- Flexibility and willingness to support all members of the team with any task that is required.
