The Company
Do you want to be part of a dynamic & fast-growing business? We are seeking a motivated Accessories Designer to support the design team. You will have sole responsibility for a number of key accounts and will work closely with key account managers to excite retailers with new accessories.
This is a Maternity cover – 12-14 months starting in April 2026
The Role:
- Development of seasonal collections across men’s and women’s headwear and soft accessories.
- Helping to ensure products meet client specifications.
- Be commercially aware and how to translate into designs.
- Have a working knowledge of fabrics and fittings development and sourcing.
- Interpreting seasonal key trends.
- Inspirational boards and colour palettes.
- Presentation of collections.
- Development and sourcing of products and sampling.
- Creating detailed tech packs.
- Travel to customer meetings
Skills Required:
- A degree or diploma in Fashion/Textiles or related field
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- CAD skills (Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop) are a plus, but not essential
