Our Client
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Wholesale / Production Administrator to join an amazing brand. You will be based in the head office and have worked within a fast paced company within a similar position and be able to manage and work with retailers, support the Account managers and have a solid understanding of the critical path and production process.
Key duties:
- Supporting the Account Managers in maintaining existing relationships with key retail partners
- Raising Purchase and Sales Orders
- Critical Path Management
- Setting up new products/suppliers, downloading reports from in house system.
- Follow up orders weekly with factories and chase shipment samples, QC reports and any other relevant documents for approval prior to shipment.
- Track and update internal shipping schedule and cross check packing lists against scheduled shipments.
- Organising and maintain sample tracker ensuring samples are sent out to customers.
- Liaise regularly with our DC, communicating customer packing instructions and delivery requirements.
- Raising Customer invoices
- Cross check packing lists and delivery notes against purchase orders before approving supplier invoices.
- Assist the team with any additional tasks to ensure timely production and delivery of all orders
Skills required
- A minimum of 2 years experienced in a similar role
- Able to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organisation skills.
- Excellent knowledge in Microsoft Office, in particular Excel and PowerPoint.
- Understanding of the order, production, shipping and invoice process.
- Excellent communication skills both externally and at all levels internally.
- Proactive with problem solving skills.
