Role:

Reporting to the Head of Brand Marketing, as the Social Manager you will be social media-obsessed with your finger closely on the pulse of the fashion and emerging digital trends. Working collaboratively with the Head of Brand Marketing you will develop the social media strategy with the aim of driving brand awareness, trust, follower growth, engagement, and revenue and lead of the strategy execution.

You will be full of ideas and be able to develop creative solutions to key business challenges. You will also be a part of relevant cultural conversations, react first to social trends and utilise social listening to understand more about our audience.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Utilise your knowledge of key social platforms and develop relationships with their account management teams, including but not limited to, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Twitter
  • Work closely with the Head of Brand Marketing to develop and deliver the brands’ social media strategy, setting KPIs relevant to each channel against brand and commercial objectives, such as increasing following and engagement
  • Monitor, track, analyse and report on social performance, using tools such as Google Analytic, Dash Hudson & Meta insights
  • Research current benchmarks, analyses customer trends, developments in social media platforms, digital technologies, and competition analysis to plan our campaigns and achieve the maximum ROI
  • Suggest and implement new ideas and growth techniques to drive follower growth, develop brand awareness, increase reach among our community and engagement per post.
  • Sources and implements commercially driven brand partnerships for promotions and giveaway
  • Lead on the creation of new, trending content in response to viral trends
  • Collaborate with the Outreach team to source and manage content collaborators to create bespoke assets for channels
  • Manage the social media schedule including posts, stories, live content
  • Support brand and PR teams in creating content at event
  • Ensure a consistent TOV across all channels in line with brand.
  • Work closely with the Customer Services Manager to monitor feedback across our social channels and advise on the best response in the brand’s TOV.
  • Excellent communication skills able to collaborate cross-functionally across marketing, creative, studio, buying, merchandising and eCommerce
  • Lead the social media team, setting quarterly objectives and development plans

Skills Required:

  • Experience of delivering social strategies focused on brand awareness, follower growth, engagement, community building, and creating hype on our social channels.
  • Ability to work at both a strategic, tactical & operational level
  • Strong project and campaign management skills with an analytical approach to key metrics
  • Strong editing skills inc. but not limited to reels, video, production app
  • Previously worked with analytics and social listening tools, preferably Dash Hudson experience
  • Creative thinker who is passionate about developing new and engage social ideas, always looking at new content and actively making suggestions
  • Collaborative attitude with the ability to develop strong working relationships with key business departments and 3rd party brands
  • Flexible and enjoy working in a high pace, fast moving and changing environment
  • Preferred experience within fashion, beauty or lifestyle brands
  • Experience in managing and developing a team
