The Company:
A fantastic opportunity for a Social Media Executive to join a growing Online Ladies Fashion Brand with a successful ladies clothing range. This is an exciting role within the business for a hardworking and career minded individual to join a fun, fast paced Marketing team. The working hours are Monday to Friday 9am-5pm. The ideal candidate will be a naturally creative individual with an eye for design & a passion for social media. You live and breathe Social Media & have experience creating content & designing assets.
The Role:
- Reporting to the Marketing Manager.
- Plan social media communication across all channels with an Instagram first focus.
- Implement the Social Media strategy for the Brand.
- Creating campaigns that generate brand awareness & engagement to acquire new customers.
- Content creation – create and curate all content for Instagram grid and stories.
- Coming up with exciting content ideas to engage with our audience on a daily basis.
- Daily Posting– ensure that all content is posted on time in accordance with the marketing calendar.
- Community building and engagement – respond in a timely manner to all comments and DMs. Proactively engage with relevant influencers and accounts. Some out of hours may be required.
- Daily monitoring of performance & adapting content to the changing landscape.
- Monitor brand mentions and tags and utilise and UGC content appropriately.
- Weekly reporting and analysis of what’s worked and what hasn’t.
- Full analysis of KPIs, influencer coverage and overall contribution to brand performance.
- Coordinating influencer & celebrity outreach programme.
- Identifying, communicating & building relationships with relevant influencers
- Develop, plan and execute co-brand and Influencer Instagram partnerships.
- Ensuring the brand has weekly activity booked in to expand brand awareness across all channels.
- Coordinating all press, celebrity and influencer call ins.
- Plan weekly content schedule for social and blogs.
- Create weekly engaging blog posts for the brand across channels – e.g. Instagram, Pinterest & Email.
- Maintain product samples and add details plus images to central spreadsheet as new stock arrives.
- Dealing with customer service on all platforms like social media and websites.
- Co-ordinating the sending out of PR samples and recording all gifting accurately.
- Assisting with product listing and website maintenance where needed
- Assist with the day-to-day running of the websites, including responding to customer enquiries and processing returns.
- Other duties as required.
Skills Required:
- Have a relevant degree – fashion/ marketing/ graphic design etc.
- Have experience in a similar role in Ladies Fashion.
- Strong creative flare and design skills (Photoshop or similar).
- Passionate about social media and knowledgeable of current and emerging Social Media platforms -Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Snapchat, TikTok, Pinterest and blogs.
- An understanding of how influencer marketing works.
- Ability to relate to influencers and to develop trust, rapport and long-term relationships.
- Confident in telling stories online – you know not only what content works but how to create it.
- Experience producing video and animation would be beneficial.
