We’re looking for an ambitious candidate with a strong work ethic who has a passion for email marketing to join a fast-growing Homeware Business, this is a great opportunity for a Senior Email Marketing & CRM Executive looking to be part of growing brand wanting to own and develop CRM workflows and manage mass marketing communications
Reporting to the Ecommerce Manager, you will be an important role in helping shape the future of the business, growing our email database and pushing return order rates and life time value.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Managing and owning full email marking strategy, including weekly campaigns, automated emails & Transactional emails
- Running regular A/B test across all email campaigns to drive open and click thru rates
- Working with Ecommerce manager to increase customer retention and life time value
- Identifying, building and targeting customer segmentations, creating custom email plans for each segment
- Ensuring all email content & designs meet brand guidelines
- Reporting on performance of each email campaigns
- Designing content and graphics for email programs
- Undertake competitor research to ensure email content is market leading and relevant, identifying new opportunities, trends and best practices.
Requirements:
- 3yrs+ Experience in a similar email/CRM Role
- Experience with Canva, illustrator or similar [Essential]
- Experience in Klavyio, Mailchimp or Similar [Essential]
- Excellent eye for design and detail
- Adapt at interpreting numbers and data into actionable insights and learnings.
