This is a fantastic opportunity to join a fast paced, growing business. You will play a vital role in delivering administrative support to the company.
The Role
- Handling incoming calls at the reception desk and directing them to the correct person.
- Responsible for accepting Courier deliveries and ensuring parcel gets to correct person.
- Will control entry to yard and direct all collection vehicles to correct loading bay, notifying warehouse.
- Completing data entry with efficiency and accuracy.
- Creating Excel reports as required.
- Providing refreshments for visitors and setting up meeting rooms.
- PA & secretarial duties and any other administrative duties as required.
- Assist the Sales team and work along with other departments of the company.
- Any other administrative duties as required.
Skills Required:
- Must have at least 3 years’ experience within a similar role.
- Must be very organised
- Must have an excellent telephone manner.
- Must have excellent time keeping and attendance record.
- Able to multitask.
- Computer literate and excellent excel skills.
- Work on own initiative.
