An established luxurious lifestyle and apparel brand is seeking a Project Manager to join their team.
The Role:
Prompt, accurate and regular communication with clients, suppliers and internal teams via email, phone and Whatsapp
Ensuring order enquiries are dealt with promptly and in a timely manner
Creating and updating project status spreadsheets and liaising with clients on a regular basis to provide updates and reassurance
Creating and providing project reports and documents such as back order lists, delivery notes, shipping information, inventories and order forms relating to each project
Regular communication within the Client Services team and liaising closely with the Production teams on updates and to ensure projects are on track
Ensure database and status spreadsheets are up to date with current and correct information in case the need for handover
Plan and oversee all areas of multiple projects
Regular reporting to Director on summary of sales, progress and potential sales
Providing personal solutions to their enquiry and brief ensuring cost, timings an design are considered
Farming for new opportunities within enquiries, obtaining the clients ‘Scope of Works’
Reporting regular summary of project status to Head of Client Services or Client Director
Implement and set up processes improving efficiency and communication where possible
Follow up on projects after delivery to ensure client satisfaction
Oversee sample orders
Evaluating successes and challenges to enhance learning for next project
Handing over completed projects to the account management team to follow for repeat orders and oversee further sale
Receiving design briefs from clients and being part of the initial stages, to support in planning and defining a project’s scope of works
Communicate design brief and work with the design team on presentations and concepts
Take on board any feedback or queries and discuss with the Client Director or Head of Design for any improvements that can be made
Managing the processes of customisation and tailoring of garments
Researching and sourcing of brands and products, providing well considered suggestions to suit clients brief
Ensure quality control of all items for both in-house garments and sourced
Skills Required:
2+ years experience at Project Manager level
Fluency in English
Experience in a client facing role
Strong stakeholder communication skills
Analytical and organised with data and information
Diplomatic, enjoys working in a team
Works well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Confident and driven individual, able to self-motivate
Knowledge of Mac and G-Drive and use of spreadsheets
Hold a valid UK/EU passport for travel – Experience working with luxury brand or clothing is beneficial
