The Company
An exciting opportunity for a creative Product Photographer and Content Creator – Hybrid to work for a leading market player in Children’s Licensed products.
You will be part of a dynamic and creative team with a focus on E-commerce and campaign imagery.
The ideal candidate will be a motivated creative individual who is passionate about photography and video content for product marketing, and who can create and produce engaging assets and content
The role would suit a graduate with a few years’ experience who is looking for a new varied challenge or is looking to take the next step up in their career.
This is a hybrid role, with 2 days in the office and flexible working hours
Main Duties: –
- Reporting to Marketing Manager/Creative Director
- Working alongside the existing Creative and Sales teams
- Working directly with members of the Marketing team, Design team, Finance team, and Operations team.
- This role is required to create all product marketing materials including photography, still shots and lifestyle shots, mapped or rendered imagery and video content and any other product or presentation materials that may be required on an ad-hoc basis.
- Lead on the day-to-day management of all photography and content creation
- Creating inspirational, informative and engaging assets.
- Plan, produce and create a programme of assets and content to be used across all e-com, retail and marketing channels.
- Develop creative ideas, suggest new innovative ways of content creation and keep up to date with the latest digital marketing trends.
- Create graphics and edit photos, working with the internal design team when necessary.
- Prioritise and schedule work effectively, anticipating problems and adjusting the allocation of resources and time accordingly.
- Contribute to and work with relevant team and stakeholders to develop, manage and implement the digital side of integrated marketing campaigns.
- Participate in regular departmental and cross departmental progress meetings.
- Proof reading as required.
- Work with contractors, suppliers and freelancers as authorised to support the role.
- Remain current with our policies and procedures.
Knowledge and Skills required
- Educated to degree level or equivalent, ideally in a creative or marketing + communications, field with a skill and flair in photography.
- Energy, enthusiasm and proven experience in producing photography assets and video content, preferably in a commercial organisation.
- Strong creative skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Experience of creating/editing images, using Adobe suite is essential.
- Experience of video production, including filming, editing
- Experience using web content management systems
- Knowledge of social media platforms and their requirements is beneficial
- Able to deliver a range of concurrent projects, on-time and to budget.
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise and structure work schedules.
- Good written and oral communication skills, good proof-reading skills
