The Company:
An established luxurious lifestyle and apparel brand is seeking a Part Time HR Assistant to join their team.
The Role:
- Onboarding (Contracts, offer letters, salary)
- Assist with posting job ads
- Appraisal scheduling & note taking
- Arranging interviews
- Support in arranging new starters set up
- Respond to queries from managers on HR queries
- Maintain holiday requests, sick leave, under guidance of the employee’s line manager
- CV reading and shortlisting candidates
- Support development of HR strategy
- Maintain employee records
- Update policies and employee handbook ensuring up to date information
Skills Required:
- 2+ years experience
- Fluency in English
- Experience in a client facing role
- Analytical and organised with data and information
- Diplomatic, enjoys working in a team
- Works well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Confident and driven individual, able to self-motivate
- Knowledge of Mac and G-Drive and use of spreadsheets
