The Company:

An established luxurious lifestyle and apparel brand is seeking a Part Time  HR Assistant  to join their team.

The Role:

  • Onboarding (Contracts, offer letters, salary)
  • Assist with posting job ads
  • Appraisal scheduling & note taking
  • Arranging interviews
  • Support in arranging new starters set up
  • Respond to queries from managers on HR queries
  • Maintain holiday requests, sick leave, under guidance of the employee’s line manager
  • CV reading and shortlisting candidates
  • Support development of HR strategy
  • Maintain employee records
  • Update policies and employee handbook ensuring up to date information

Skills Required:

  • 2+ years experience
  • Fluency in English
  • Experience in a client facing role
  • Analytical and organised with data and information
  • Diplomatic, enjoys working in a team
  • Works well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Confident and driven individual, able to self-motivate
  • Knowledge of Mac and G-Drive and use of spreadsheets
