We are looking for an experienced Online Customer Service Assistant to join a growing online/ecommerce fashion brand. This is an active role and an exciting opportunity for a motivated person to develop their career, with a quality focused company in a key position within the business.

The Role:

  • Provide outstanding support to customers via phone, email and live chats.
  • Understanding customer’s needs and requirements and trying to exceed these wherever possible.
  • Providing a courteous, efficient and reliable service to all customers, both via messaging channels and phone
  • Handling pre and post sales customer queries
  • Liaising with courier companies
  • Effectively manage complaints and escalations from start to finish.

Skills Required:

  • Friendly and dynamic individual, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • A passion for customer satisfaction
  • Excellent communication skills at all levels
  • The ability to problem solve and follow processes accurately.
  • Experience working within a fast paced working environment and keen to be part of and assist the team
