We are looking for an experienced Online Customer Service Assistant to join a growing online/ecommerce fashion brand. This is an active role and an exciting opportunity for a motivated person to develop their career, with a quality focused company in a key position within the business.
The Role:
- Provide outstanding support to customers via phone, email and live chats.
- Understanding customer’s needs and requirements and trying to exceed these wherever possible.
- Providing a courteous, efficient and reliable service to all customers, both via messaging channels and phone
- Handling pre and post sales customer queries
- Liaising with courier companies
- Effectively manage complaints and escalations from start to finish.
