We’re looking for a creative and proactive Graphic Designer & Ecommerce Assistant to join our growing team. This is a hands-on role at the heart of a fast-paced women’s fast-fashion ecommerce brand, where you’ll be responsible for producing high-quality visual content across our website, social media channels and marketing campaigns.

You’ll also play a key role in managing our email marketing platform and keeping our website graphics fresh, on-brand and commercially driven. We’re a team that embraces new technology, so you should be excited about using AI-powered tools to streamline workflows and push creative boundaries.

 

Key Responsibilities

Graphic Design

  • Create on-brand graphics for use across the website, social media, email campaigns and paid advertising.
  • Design web banners, landing page assets, promotional graphics and seasonal campaign visuals.
  • Produce engaging social media content including static posts, stories, carousels and short-form video edits.
  • Maintain and evolve brand guidelines, ensuring visual consistency across all customer touchpoints.
  • Retouch and resize product imagery as needed for various platforms and formats.

 

Ecommerce & Website

  • Update and manage on-site graphics, banners and promotional content via Shopify (or equivalent CMS).
  • Support with product uploads, collection page layouts and general site merchandising.
  • Ensure all website visuals are optimised for performance, mobile responsiveness and conversion.

 

Email Marketing

  • Manage and execute email and SMS campaigns through our marketing platform (Attentive or similar).
  • Design email templates, build campaigns and schedule sends in line with the promotional calendar.
  • Monitor campaign performance and suggest improvements based on open rates, click-throughs and revenue.

 

AI & Innovation

  • Embrace AI-powered design and productivity tools to improve efficiency and output quality.
  • Stay up to date with emerging AI platforms and recommend new tools or workflows to the team.
  • Use AI to assist with tasks such as image generation, copy drafting, content repurposing and data analysis where appropriate.

 

Requirements:

  • 1–2 years’ experience in a graphic design or ecommerce role, ideally within fashion, retail or DTC brands.
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Confident working in Canva and Figma for rapid asset creation and collaborative design.
  • Experience with short-form video editing using CapCut or similar tools.
  • A strong eye for detail, typography, colour and layout with a portfolio that demonstrates commercial design work.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with tight turnaround times.
  • An open, enthusiastic attitude towards using AI platforms and tools in day-to-day work.
  • Experience working with Shopify, including updating themes, banners and on-site content.
  • Familiarity with Attentive or similar email/SMS marketing platforms.
  • Understanding of ecommerce metrics and how design contributes to conversion and engagement.
  • Experience with motion graphics or basic animation.
