The company supply clients including – Miss Selfridge, Missguided, ASOS, SimplyBe, Quiz, BooHoo, Oasis, NastyGal, MissPap, Lipsy etc. The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role with Ladies fashion.

The Role:
- Reporting to the Technical Manager.
- Work closely with design, sales and merchandising teams.
- Organise and attend all fit meetings with High Street customers.
- Support with the technical process for Ladieswear clothing.
- Provide technical guidance regarding size specifications, fabric selection and garment construction.
- Review of proto/design samples to ensure that they conform to size and design specifications.
- Prepare workbooks and send comments to production teams within critical path timescales.
- Manage all aspects of the sealing process critical path.
- Work closely with Far East factories to ensure they achieve the technical standards required.
- Ensure that garments are being produced and manufactured within tolerance.
- Manage the sample process flow including approving samples from a technical point of view.
- Develop fits for new ranges and create size charts.
- Resolve quality assurance issues.
- Manage your own critical path.
- Other duties as required.
Skills Required:
- Experience in a similar role with Ladies fashion.
- Understanding of garment construction and the manufacturing process.
- Experience with grading and fits.
- Highly organised.
- Be an effective communicator, both written and verbal.
- Have an eye for detail.
- Ability to travel for fit sessions when required.
- Team player who enjoys working under own initiative as well as part of a team.
