Our client a successful Textiles supplier are recruiting for a dynamic Finance Manager to lead finance functions and support strategic decision-making. The appointed candidate will be an active, hands-on team member who will report directly to the MD as the company continues to expand its scope and revenues.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all financial operations
• Quarterly P&L, Balance Sheet and Trial Balance preparation
• Preparation for annual Statutory Audit
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements
• Submission of UK and foreign VAT returns
• Managing Debtors & Creditors
• Cost variance analysis
• Provide insightful financial and commercial analysis to support business strategy
• Manage cash flow, working capital, and cost control initiatives
• Lead and develop a small finance team

Requirements:

• ACCA or CIMA qualified (experienced Part Qual will be considered)
• Proven experience in a finance leadership role, ideally within manufacturing
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Proficiency in financial systems and good ERP experience
