Our client one of the largest manufacturers of Home Decor, with a worldwide sales network serving customer around the globe. After a highly successful period of growth, they are looking to add to their team and recruit Sales Managers to look after new European Regions including France, Germany and Northern Europe to help them achieve their business goals and ambitions

The Role:

  • Identifying opportunities in the UK and European markets
  • International travel to exhibitions, trade fairs and customers
  • Developing and executing strategic plans to achieve sales targets.
  • Working with Design and Product Development teams to maximise sales
  • Leading teams to develop customer relations, increase market share and sales revenue.
  • Monitoring supply and demand, competitor offers and costs to determine and adjust selling prices.
  • Understanding of supply chain paperwork and processes for International trade to ensure a smooth customer delivery service
  • Analysing market trends, target customers and determining sales projections

Key Skills:

  • We are looking for an outgoing, conscientious and disciplined salesperson with a previous sales record working in the Retail sector
  • Previous experience in a similar role with a background working in sales for a supplier or as a buyer for a retailer on home decoration products
  • European language
  • Previous experience working with Chinese factories
  • Full understanding of the retail market and procurement process collaborating with designers and product developers.
  • Fully understand of the product selection and procurement process.
  • Client-driven and motived by goals
