The Role
- Manage all stages of the email process including building the campaigns in Klaviyo, audience segmentation, carrying out relevant testing, scheduling and reporting on success.
- Working with the Product, E-commerce, Content and wider marketing team to provide market leading email campaigns that drive customer acquisition, conversion and retention and maximise revenue opportunities.
- Managing the CRM calendar, scheduling campaigns throughout the year
- Regular analysis and reporting on email performance and providing actionable insights and ongoing recommendations
- Reporting on CRM performance and presenting this to key stakeholders and the wider business
- Understand customer behaviours to ensure communications are targeted and relevant to specific customer groups
- Create and optimise a set of automated campaigns and customer journeys
- Carry out AB testing to analyse and identify the most successful campaigns to improve key email metrics
Skills Required:
- Essential that you can demonstrate excellent email marketing experience with a proven track record of delivering campaigns with results
- You’re able to measure campaigns effectively and report on activity
- Experience working with email service providers and a strong understanding of e-marketing best practices
- Commercially minded but with a creative flair
- An accurate proof reader and tester, with an appreciation for the importance of attention to detail.
- Able to use own initiative and make effective decisions
- Have a genuine interest in Homeware
