The Role:
- Content Creation & Management
- Edit and publish 3 social media posts per week
- Create and update website content and promotional materials monthly
- Community Building & Engagement
- Increase Instagram followers by 30% within 3 months
- Increase TikTok follower organically to 500 within 6 months
- Generate at least 30 user-generated content (UGC) posts per month featuring Continental Clothing products by the 3rd month.
- Achieve an average engagement rate of 5% across all social media platforms
- Collaborate with at least 10 “ambassadors” a month to promote the brand, by the 3rd month.
Skills Required:
- Proven experience working at events, capturing and creating compelling content.
- Proficient in photography, videography, and editing software.
- Established network within the music, fashion, and influencer communities.
- Preferably have experience in the fashion industry.
- Strong creative vision and the ability to bring fresh ideas to life.
- Happy to be in front of the camera.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
