The Company:

An experienced CAD Graphic Designer is needed to join a leading supplier to various high street retailers. Graduates with apparel logo graphic experience welcome

The Role:

• Creating logo graphics.
• Working with high street retailers including Riverisland, Topshop, and Urban Outfitters
• Managing accounts from conception through to production.
• Creating trend boards and ensuring designs are commercially viable.
• Liaising with factories on design and artwork.
• Collating and presenting ranges clearly and confidently.
• Managing measurement and sampling processes.
• Ensuring critical paths/key deadlines are kept to.
• Attending trade shows and research trips when needed.
• Identifying key/commercial trends and comp shopping.
• Working as part of a busy design team, assisting colleagues and delegating work.

Skills Required:

• Must have 1/2 years’ experience in a similar position.
• Excellent Photoshop, Illustrator,
• Graphics and print experience.
• Keen eye for colour and style.
• Knowledge of print techniques, pattern cutting and garment finishing.
• High street experience with commercial feminine handwriting.
• Strong presentation and communication skills, confident when presenting designs in meetings.
• Ability to interpret catwalk trends for commercial/high street customers.
• Experience gained working for a short lead supplier in a fast paced environment.
• Dedicated and enthusiastic.
• Ability to work quickly and accurately and to tight deadlines.
• Motivated team player with the ability to also work individually.
• Up to date, strong trend driven portfolio.
