The Company:
A fantastic opportunity for an Amazon Account Manager to join a growing fashion high street brand with a successful ladies clothing range. This is an exciting role within the business for a hardworking and career minded individual to join a busy team. This is an office based role, Monday to Friday 9am-5pm. The ideal candidate will have 3 years’ experience, in a fashion business, working with Amazon Vendor Central.
The Role:
- Managing the Amazon marketplaces.
- Uploading new products on a daily basis.
- Writing eye catching product descriptions.
- Complete item creation forms – including product features and benefits.
- Submit new products to the online customers.
- Confirm product go-live dates, ensuring stock is available.
- Managing online sales forecasts.
- Sales analysis and improvement techniques.
- Manage inventory reservations for live online products.
- Answering customer product enquiries.
- Other duties as required.
Skills Required:
- MUST have 2-3 years’ experience in a similar role.
- Ideally have experience of Vendor Central.
- Strong organisation skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent customer care skills.
- Good written and verbal English.
