The Company:
An established supplier of ladieswear to the high street are looking for an ambitious and confident Account Manager to join their busy team. You will have liaised with, worked with and opened doors within high street retailers, brands or boutiques and have a thorough understanding of the industry and processes.
The Role:
- New business development.
- Organising of meetings with decisions makers.
- Establish and maintain client relationships.
- Managing customer expectations.
- Account management.
- Owning customer pricing.
- Negotiating prices with customers and factories.
- Critical path management.
- Liaising with design team on garment styles.
- Attending meetings with Commercial Manager.
Skills Required:
- Minimum of 4-5 years experience
- Preference will be given to candidates with a background in fashion from either children’s, ladies, or menswear.
- Proven track record of new business development.
- Experience of account management and project management.
- Exceptional organisational, negotiation and communication skills.
- Hands on attitude.
- Understanding of costings.
- Garment composition knowledge.
