This role will be mainly supporting the Sales Director, working key customers, Amazon, Dunelm, Studio, Freemans.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting Sales Account Managers to compile customer order forms, checking all product details are correct and scheduling requests to the rest of the business including Supply Chain and Buying teams
- Supporting customers to make sure that all questions are addressed
- Helping to compile customer orders for key Retailers
- Following the order process through to deliver
- Managing sample requests
- Working with the National Account Managers to help prepare customer information
- Provide weekly updates to the team
- Maintaining customer database information
